

MY YOGA MISSION
Yoga has always been in my soul. I went to my first class when I was in college, mostly for the physical benefits, and then I fell in love with savasana and vrksasana.
I didn’t make enough space in my life to immerse myself in yoga until I was going through a difficult transition in my life. Yoga made me feel strong when I felt weak, yoga made me feel beautiful when I didn’t see beauty in myself. Without even realizing it, yoga allowed me to feel my emotions through my body and use my breath to calm myself.
Experiencing the difference in myself from yoga made this a lifelong practice for me, and I’ve continued in my practice for over 25 years now. Teaching for me is a way to help others to feel and experience their bodies and emotions and offer self-healing and compassion.
